Eigen -  in German means ‘Own’ - Here, is a personal tutoring/mentoring program without any limitation on the choice of subject. The teacher guides the taught on seeking excellence in their own chosen pursuit including discovery of one's hidden talents. At the end of each program the teacher tells the taught the phase achieved by them as listed below.

Then, that student is encouraged to define a ‘boundary’ that separates what they know from what they don’t !

Now, the same student ‘encircles’ or fortifies the ‘known’ and increases its dimension into spheres of excellence!

Enthuse

As this student generates energy by asking questions they bring out the difference between their sphere of excellence and the unknown

Finally, the student graduates to explore the world with a knowledge which is their ‘OWN’!
