The Proprietors / Owners / Managing Partners / Authorised Representatives for the collaborating partner are individually and collectively indemnified against all risks arising out of the actions of USANA RENEWABLES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, as also, all risk that arises out of an interaction with any third party on account of the said R&D Collaboration. However, this statement, may not be interpreted to make USANA RENEWABLES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED liable for all risk, arising out of any action(s), of the collaborating partners, individually or collectively, which are beyond the knowledge of USANA RENEWABLES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
